I was not convinced by their offer - independent financial review of pension with free legal adviser present? she said they had been set up by the Industry in light of all of the complaints. This is a PPI call. I pressed 5 to speak to the call centre. This is how it works. They have call centres which are not a part of the PPI company, they just make the cold call with their automated system, the automated dialing software offers you the option of speakign to someone if you press 5. you will speak to someone at a company who deals with the cold calling. This company is NOT the company dealing with the PPI stuff, I am guessing so that they themselves are not responsible for the cold calling part

Keep calling, started just after 9am and have called 5 more times by 3.30pm. I have left the call to an answerphone as I don t recognise the number, they are not leaving any message - it goes to the machine, and either you get background noise (call centre?) or silence. I have no catalogue accounts, so they have no reason to phone - from all comments, assuming that this is a scam. I am getting a call guardian phone this month, can t wait to be able to block all the stuff like this. Total nuisance!!
