Fake Windows Technical Services call, as usual wanted to show me all the viruses and malware on my computer. "Whenever you browse your Google, it picks up the viruses and malware and we can remove them". Clueless. Refused to follow his instructions, so he threatened to "block my computer". Oh no. This company is very aggressive and uses several tactics purporting to be an energy supplier or meter registration dept. They are energy consultants without qualms and trying to scare end users into agreeing a contract over the phone by saying that they are on extortionate out of contract rates, etc. Best way to deal with these people is to say you have signed a long-term contract and therefore not interested in their services. Caller asked to speak to marketing/website person for the company. Told him no one was available, said he would ring back, I asked who was calling TWICE, he ignored that request and put the phone. Although very polite, he was rude. He wont get through next time he is going on my blocked caller number list.

Used to use Utility Wise, didn t realise my contracts were coming up until i got inundated with calls from brokers and suppliers. After getting a couple of quotes which weren t appealing at all, i decided to have a look online in which i found some much better prices. online. However, Kish was able to grab me an even better deal on the first call without giving him any rates. i ve since been using him for a while as our company deals in property management, those pennies really do add up to thousands.

This is a new, and weird, one for me. Called my landline but disconnected when I picked up (now they know this is a live number,,,damn!!). No message left so I'll never know if I have been left millions of pounds from an unknown benefactor who needs me to handle his money, for a small fee, to help them evade paying local taxes or being claimed by a fictional Government department.
