This is a company called www.ppiclaimine.com. They have a freephone number 0800 0783542 which took me an age to track down. The person who has been harassing me for 2-years now is well spoken but with a potty mouth when challenged. Please keep on calling this number (it s free and you have nothing to lose). Automated message in poor English purporting to be from the Bank of England and saying that your National Insurance number is about to be terminated. Who knows, or even cares, why? This is one from a whole list of numbers carrying the same message, some from Russia and some from Manchester.
