I can t really say that this number is NOT TRUSTWORTHY, as if you want a lower gas/electric tariff, it may just be in your interest to answer the call, but if you are happy with your supplier, just answer the fone & let them know that you are happy with your service & they ll take your name off the ring list. These people have been calling my mobile a lot. I answered on the second call today and a girl told me she was from Albany Assured. I asked what she was calling about and she said something about a claim on my car insurance due to an accident (she knew my full name). That s all I needed to hear to know the call was a load of nonsense because I don t drive and have never even had a license. When I said I didn t drive she said "but have you in the last 2 years?" And that s when I said I ve never had a license

Cold caller rang saying he had been looking for me for ages as he had news about compensation from a factory I had worked at. I was suspicious and ended the call.

They said that my mother is to be sued by HM Customs and Excise. My mother is elderly and is upset by the call. I m very angry about this.

Received call then person on other end hung up.

I think this is a boiler room operation, touting for investment. Even after you tell them where to get off, they still call back many times. A boiler room operation is one which hypes "investments" which probably don t exist and you lose your money. Worryingly they knew my name.
