Call from Hot House energy called from Blackburn but shows as a Crewe Number how can they do this - must be supported by the phone companies, should be made illegal!

Obvious scam number as no message was left on the ansaphone. I do not answer any numbers I don't recognise - except my local ones and mobiles.

This number is for PPI automated messages. They call you literally daily! Very annoying and there seems to be no way of stopping them.

Answered and lots of background noise but no one saying anything. They then hung up and I blocked them after reading all of the comments on here

Been called by 0113 419 9990 numerous times over the past 3 days. I answered the call today to be told it s about my pension - and they could see its frozen. The lady was called Becky (thats if they use their real names) who wanted details of my pension, which I wouldnt give, she tried to convince me there was nothing wrong but I said how did know who she was, I said I would leave it and deal with it myself - she hung up!! So much for trying to convince me she was genuine. These scams are really getting out

Fraudulent - same pattern as other posts - asks for quote. Went into branch and paid a cheque in for much more than the order value then requested reimbursement of difference. We did not fall for it because we smelt a rat. Total scammers DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE

calls on my number recently given to me by Sky, keep on asking for a Mr Conno/Commo or something like that! He was obviously in debt as I get many many callers for him from these sorts of numbers. Indian chap claiming to be from the Credit Investigation Department about debts I had. I said I didn t have any debts. He said bye & I laughed down the phone. Next time I ll order a curry.

Almost certainly a scam call. These calls use spoofed numbers, originate outside the UK and are untraceable. NEVER TRY TO RETURN A CALL to an unknown number and NEVER PRESS A...
