Scam answer machine saying that you spent money on a California betting site, and to press 1 to clear payment.

Beware...pre-recorded message left on my answerphone about "money transfer service and to be aware of scams" very strange, do not reconize number. Consider this a scam.

My mother has been contacted many times on this and other phone numbers. The message, from the caller is always the same, she tells my mother, first in English and then in Chinese that she has a package waiting for her, to collect from the Chinese embassy. This is clearly a scam call.

Like previous comment, got a call from this number. Said that it O2 with some discounts, sounds like a scam.

Automated voice call. Said they were visa fraud departement. Didnt say which bank though so I Hung up..

Number 02071124802 phoned me and said they was from start up loans. www.startuploans.co.uk and wanted me to transfer them £58 for the loan to be secured under the insurance. They provided me with a person called Jamin bank details which straight away is strange for a company. I was told it was the managers details as money transferred to the company always bounces back. Tutto falso, ti chiedono di installare Teamviewer così possono controllare il tuo computer da remoto. Dopo ti chiedono di accedere al tuo account bancario per poterti inviare questi soldi che avevi in un conto di trading online. A me hanno detto che avevo 0,69 Bitcoin, vale a dire circa 13.000 euro. NESSUNO TI CERCA PER RESTITUIRTI DEI SOLDI !!!! Sono dei truffatori e basta. Non vi lasciate ingannare.

Scam caller - claimed to be from Virgin. I kept them on the line for a while then when I told them I was aware they were a scammer they immediately became very abusive. Vulnerable people could be taken in.

SCAM Indian sounding lady, rang twice this week saying they were from BT openreach that there had been a security breach on my internet line trying to hack my broadband, she couldnt tell me any details, so assuming this was a scam I said its fine theres nothing on my laptop for hackers to get, she then wanted my mobile phone details to show me what was happening, I then told her I didn't bring my phone to work and she got angry and said fine if you dont want to protect your line then hung up !!

SCAM. Said he was from Amazon and did we want to renew our Prime subscription. It renews automatically and wrong month.

Amazon Scam - apparently a £793 suspicious transaction had gone through and I needed to press "1" to talk to somebody...........I don't think so -do you?!!!!! :)

Fraud automated call telling me that a payment of over£900 was requested from my visa account and to hit one of a series of numbers on my keypad. Needless to say, I didn't and ended the call.

Claimed to be from the "promotional department" of my network provider O2 and they can offer me a 40% discount on my bill. When I asked how much this would be, they said they do not have my contract in front of them and "that we work with all the major networks". I am neither with o2 or have a contract....SCAM Fraud
