SCAM- called me and said i was going to have my phone shut down in 24 hours as they noticed it had been hacked. it had not been hacked and i ended the call. i tried ringing the number and it said it was not recognised.
Received automated call on 11 Nov 2016 at 8:59. Female voice with Indian accent said "I am ... calling from BT and it is about your broadband line". I said I knew she was not from BT and she hung up. This scam has been going on for several days. It appears to be a spoof number, you cannot call back.

This company keeps calling my 18 year daughter telling her that they have a letter from the government informing them that she is in debt! Absolutely unbelievable and disgusting. Yes, l got a call from this number to say that l had been involved in a car accident. I said l hadn t, but asked who had informed them l had. She said the RTA so when l asked where the accident was, surprisingly the line went dead. Feeling bloody annoyed l called the number back, but it just said it was invalid. Not happy.
