I was visiting my very old uncle when these people called and I pretended to be my uncle. They said that Age Concern had selected them to contact people with mobility problems, and asked if I was sleeping well. They suggested that replacing the mattress would help with mobility problems, and said that they had quality orthopedic mattresses on special offer starting at £1500. Fraud Automated female voice called my mobile, thanking me for placing my order with amazon, and that I have been charged $399! At which point i cancelled the call and blocked the number!!
Electronic voice warned me that my TalkTalk internet would be disconected this evening and gave me the option to either press 1 to keep it or 2 to disconnect. Goodness knows what would have happened if I had pressed either number. I logged in to TalkTalk and of course there was no mention of a disconnection.
Fraud This number called me to tell me to press 1 as I commited a fraud and will be arrested shortly!
