I have caller ID. The number 00349441210763 was shown which immediately changed to 01213140763, so I suspect the number was spoofed. The first number was probably spoofed also, as I have international calls barred. The caller had a thick foreign accent and I did not understand everything that was said. I was asked to confirm that I had a Pay-as-you-go SIM from a particular network (note the call was to my land line). I am wary of giving details to an unexpected caller. I checked with Virgin after readin Peters comments and they told me it was not a premium rate call .. it was a local rate .. I had a county court bailiff attend my premises and this telephone number was also on the paperwork I was given !! :(

I m getting really sick of these calls now. I am registered with TPS but am called both on my mobile and home number. I actually pressed 5 to speak with someone and she just put the phone down on me. called me twice on consecutive days and didn t leave a message.
Amazon scam. Wanted me to press 1 to make sure my iPhone arrived. Apparently I owed over £300.
They sent the following message: O2:We were unable to process your latest bill. In order to avoid fees, please update your payment information via: https://o2.uk.bill630.com/?o2=2 I am 99% sure it's a scam. Firstly it's a mobile number, according to this site it belongs to Vodafone. Aldo the site address isnt an official o2 address from my research. My relative had gotten this message before and when ignoring nothing happened. Please do not fall for it people.

I decided to answer the call as I'd had numerous from similar numbers. English male voice who knew my name & address and said it's about my Hotpoint washing machine warranty that's about to expire.
