Recieved call from UK (I am from Germany) that my identity card is being used in fraudful activities.
Call to my mobile. Caller didn’t identify himself, asked for someone I don’t know. I’ve had multiple calls from other numbers asking for the same person regarding timeshare claims so assume it is more of the same.
SPAM When declined voicemail is left that is a recorded message saying they will take you off their list I have had this from another number with exactly the same message
Internet Claimed to be from plusnet....knew my full name and address and said they could get me a better deal. The line was very bad and I found it hard to understand the accent. He assured me it would only take a few minutes, which I said I couldn't spare...so he gave up. Plusnet do not have the number he called on

SCAM. Nothing happened when I picked up - as in no one said or did anything. After a bit of research I found that other people also received a scam call from this number.

First half the call I thought I was talking to a real person, said they were from some housing repair scheme and said I'd submitted a damage claim. The second I said I had not the voice changed to an automated response in a totally different voice saying Thank you for your time, have a nice day and disconnected.
SCAM - Repeated many calls from 01733 806--- numbers, block each time, they just change the last three numbers and try again. getting very many calls daily from Peterborough, I am sure if it was THAT urgent they would leave a message. Missed call +447520642877 no message left obvious ???? Have recd and blocked at least 6 numbers from same location using slightly different formats. People are especially vulnerable at this time of year not to mention COL Crises. Please be aware of unknown numbers calling and block and report.
