I took on my phone number in January and the previous holder of the number is being sought by these people. They call up to five times a day and despite me advising EVERY SINGLE FKNG TIME that I am not who they are looking for and even having written to their complaints department, the calls don t stop. I m absolutely sick to the back teeth of them.

Just took a call from this number - they asked for me by name and then said I had recently entered a competition and thats how they got my number and they wanted to save me money on my power supplier - I politely explained I wasnt the bill payer and wasn t interested. I have an answering machine so don t pick up if I don t know the number but I am aware of these numbers from sites like yours. They are a nuisance and need to be stopped but I can t see who will have the balls to do this. As this comes through on the business line it gets very annoying but have also had a few on the private line and this number is not given out except to friends. Get a grip ofcom!!
