Just received a call from this number about online trading. When asked how they got my number, she said online banner ! Strange - I asked her to remove my details - she said that I would need to speak to someone in the company and would not give me the name of the company. Then hung up on me.

Had several calls from this number on our mobiles. I rang them back and ascertained from them that they had bought a quantity of telephone numbers from various sources and their computer was ringing them trying to get a positive response to their FREE BOILER initiatave. They are based in Macklesfield SK10 1AF

Con call supposedly from BT internet. American prerecorded message saying my line was being terminated because it was compromised. Put the phone down

Ringing back won t work as the number has 12 digits, too long for valid UK format.

I ve been advised ( not by them) they are trying to recoup parking ticket fines. They re called Akinika.

Answered call, silent and then they hung up.

Called as per the others. "Press 5 for free money" scam about compensation. "Press 9 to be removed" I think not.

Rang me and said they were 02 started making an order for a contract phone and they asked for bank details and all other weird stuff over the phone

They said they are from vodafone, I have asked them few questions to confirm if they really have access to my account and it s not legit, it s a scam people.

Why have all the comments except the first one disappeared from this number, and why have the statistics been reset to only “searched 1 times in the past three days”? Can this ...

I have not answered to these people. Not once. Yet, they call at least weekly. I ve got a years line rental with BT paid for up-front, which allows me to block 99% of unwanted calls (with a BT blocker phone purchased separately, in case anyone was wondering). This caller would likely be asking to speak with Mr Strevitt or Mr Gwendoline. As has been the nature of the calls for the past 3 years. I explain that I am neither of those names and they respond with "you re there, you ll do" and they are a nuisan

When I answered the phone, there is just an awful recorded message saying it’s from Broomfield Hospital & to press a button to hear more. I didn’t know if it was a scam or not as I have had fraudulent calls that sounded like this!! Didn’t press the button just in case as not expecting to hear from the hospital. A text would have been good.

Told him I was not interested in completing a survey for Home Office - we are also registered with TPS so I have emailed [email?protected] to have our numbers removed from the database....we shall see!

I also get flyers from this company - put straight in the bin!
