Same as all below. Also rang back for a laugh. Spoke to Florence Berry. She became very abusive when it was obvious we had seen through her. She also rang back and left very offensive message on the answerphone and tried to leave the line open so we couldn't use the phone.
Cold called regarding accident said no one has had an accident the chap, Declan, was so rude and he actually made me very scared, thank god he wasn't on my door step!
