I have received several Phone calls from this company. stating I have had a car accident, and they would deal with it for me. I have not had a motor vehicle for 5 years, when told this they still want to proceed with a claim. Received call on my mobile, I don t know anyone in Manchester. Put it on silent and allowed it to go to missed call then checked this site. Will continue to do so if they call again. No intention of dignifying these timewasters with a response.

If this really is HSBC s fraud dept they are staggeringly incompetent and l am by no means convinced that it is. Question of whether there has been fraud on my account remains unsolved - l was unable to give the exact year that l opened my account - approx 40 years ago - and so failed my telephone security check . May be genuine, but they asked me to repeat the same information re my account so many times that l was suspicious, and would urge caution

Checked number elsewhere as no comments here. Some say British gas (number on their website) re smart meters, some say call disconnected if you ask questions, some say messages received like from aliens...? I don t know but would like to bar these calls. Going for 5 as not sure what it really is!

Untrustworthy scale - 10! Computer scam! Have been called at least five times in as many days. Different person each time (one time a woman, the rest were men). Some VERY aggressive.
