We were awaiting a phone call from our GP. This number rang and when we called back it said there would be a charge to connect if we dialled 3. The number was dead!!! We can only hope we have not been charged.

Received automated call after attempting to make a payment with my card which was refused. Automated voicemail left this number to call. This number is for the Fraud line call centre in Sunderland. I was wary at first about giving details and voiced this but service advisor said if worried not legit to call number on the back of my card and will be put through to them (not pressured into giving any security info at all). The one time I did answer a young female voice asked for my name, I said "why, who have you called?" she said she couldn t tell me because of data protection?? I have blocked the number, but still get called daily, even on Saturdays and Bank Holidays!
