It's a scam offering a discount card for all major supermarkets and once you give your age group they told me I was also eligible for free return flight tickets and a week in a European villa. Catch - needed my 16 digit credit/Debit card number to place a penny charge to authenticate who I was. Needless to say I did not provide.
Indian man claiming to be from BT Openreach. He alleged that there was a problem with my internet connection and was trying to talk me into giving away personal/router/system details. Scam call purporting to be from HMRC. Tells you to "press 1 to be connected to your case officer" and then threatens that you will be arrested if you don't.
The caller ended the call as soon as I picked up.

Over the last two days, have received several calls all from different mobile numbers saying the same thing.
SCAM - Claiming you can get a free replacement boiler on the government scheme if you are on benefits. This is not the case at all. Just a scam.

they rang me this morning and asked to speak to a MR,S C....... I said i dont know anyone by the name of Ess. She tried tried to explain that S was the initial and not the name. I explained to her not to ring me if she dosnt know who shes talking to, and she even had the gaul to try to make me answer security questions first,haha.
