Twice when I picked up the phone the line went dead. The third time, a lady said something which included the words "Tax refund" but, despite asking her to repeat herself several times, I could not make out anything else she said as she had a very strong foreign accent. So I blocked the number.

Had a Messenger response from someone who called himself Gary then Gaz in response to Facebook Market Place advert. Further message asked me to message him on 07984645686 as his iPad was playing up. I replied that I did not have my phone and could only use Messenger. He sent 3 further messages without any problem finally saying that he would call and collect the item next Tuesday and pay cash, and what is my address. I ended the conversation there.

Checked this number on reverse lookup which suggests that this is a Vodafone number. I then I checked on Vodafone 'is it us calling' which says that this is not a Vodafone number
SCAM Has phoned twice. Says this is your bank and there are 2 strange transactions on your account. Doesn't name the bank. The transactions are £300 to Amazon and £1000 to overseas banking. Stated if this was not you press one to speak to your bank or press to to speak to an advisor. BANK SCAM

did not recognise number. I answered but did not speak. there was a lot of background chatter, possibly a crowded office or call centre. caller just repeated "hello" without any introduction. they gave up after a few moments and just said "ok" and hung up.

03726945413 Claiming to be from SKY asking if We’d shared our router information with anyone else (as we use NOW TV which is part of SKY I listened) and then they asked me how many lights were flashing on my router ( there was one light flashing and this made me suspicious so I hung up). It may be nothing but better to be safe.

SPAM - Some vague woman wittering on about being "one of the energy advisers for the area" who had no desire to let me speak. Asking her "Which area is that?" caused her to hang up. SCAM - has to be. This number called me today. I do not answer unrecognised numbers. They left a voice mail, foreign voice, couldn't really pick up on everything said, voice was quite deep. They did say I needed to make a payment and to answer emails. Up until this mornings call I had had no emails asking for payment - not that I would answer them anyway. email in my Inbox purporting to be from Bulb (My Energy Company) - I have a DD with them they would not act in this way = DELETED !
