Initially called but didn t talk when picked up, called back an hour later again nobody at the other end, waited about 10 seconds and then someone said Hello am I talking to the business owner?" I asked why there was such a long delay between me answering the phone and him talking, he hung up...

They will remove it but wanted to let me know that they may not be able to stop the letter. If they’re making this many calls for this reason they should probably just have sent an email to everyone!
