The chap who called was very polite. He said the high street banks had been fined again and had I taken out any ppi claims since 2013? If I hadn't he said he would be able to help me but I had to let him know which banks I had taken out the claims with. I told him I was busy and asked him to call back.

I was not convinced by their offer - independent financial review of pension with free legal adviser present? she said they had been set up by the Industry in light of all of the complaints. I wouldn t disclose any details from a call like this - they wanted policy details.
