Caller wanted to speak to Mr P..., a false name I once used with another cold caller. He confirmed my name (Mr P.... ), address and phone number. He wanted to conduct a survey. When I asked him its purpose he ended the phone call.

I was called by someone as part of a recruiting agency. Please be aware that companies employ call centres to make calls on their behalf. These are people who are being paid to call on behalf of other companies. If you received a call from here saying you re a claimant of some kind it means that department has been fed bad data. Please don t be horrible to the people on the other end of the phone. At least they have a job instead of being paid by benefits.
They were calling about marketing and were extremely rude when I said I was not interested.

A recruitment agent called me, but due to being in the car with background noise I couldn't quite catch the name of the company.
Keep getting random calls from this number, some say marketing some say debt collectors. I owe nothing to anyone so rules out the latter and I an registered with TPS so that SHOULD rule out the first. Upon answering I got Can I get your name please? Somebody tried to sell us insurance on our Bosch washing machine said our current insurance was abut to run out. Was interested in debit card details!!! We have never had washing machine insurance. A new form of scam
SCAM Called on my mobile @ 20.00hrs. A Northampton dial code. Caller when questioned was from "the Philipines" looking to see if I qualify for "home insulation" funding. When asked how my phone number was accessed the caller hung up. Had this not been a recognised dial code I would not have answered the call. number now blocked. Also appears on missed calls list from yesterday @ 12.58hrs.
