Jason from 'housesdisrepair.com' rang then was most alarmed when I said look it up on the internet. Then he slameed the phone down
Recorded message claiming to be from credit card company security with two supposed purchases on card. Definitely sounded like a phishing call. Don't respond, put phone down.
SCAM Impersonates family member by text, telling you that their phone has been destroyed and that they need you to pay an urgent bill. Total scam. Very convincing if your a trusting person.

I am suspicious of this phone number, as it came through on messages, with a link to click to get on What’s App, pretending it was one of my children saying that they had changed their phone number.

Called claiming to be Curry’s Pc World acting on behalf of network providers giving customers better deals. Phoned Curry’s to check legitimacy and they informed me this is definitely a scam as they don’t even have an outbound sales call team anymore and don’t act under the Currys Pc World name anymore, just ‘Curry’s’.

A SCAM - be very careful as the person on the phone will try to get you to download a programme called "anydesk.com" which gives remote access to your computer. In my case the person said he was from SKY and was checking on my report on bad internet signal (that part was true). He took me through a few dialogue boxes (thankfully I knew that I was not changing settings). He then tried to get me to download the programme. Thankfully I questioned it. He hung up. SCAM Text message purported to be from my son saying his phone was broken and to delete his contact number and substitute this one. Checked with his wife who confirmed that my son’s phone was working perfectly. A definite scam.
