Fraud SCAM referred to a non-existing Amazon purchase for £400 and then stated that a new purchase for £959 may be fraudulent and to follow their instructions. Checked there was no purchase showing fro £959 and furthermore the caller ID not say which bank was involved!!

It’s a Vienna, Austria, number. No idea why they called my mobile as I didn’t answer the call. Call came in at 8.15am which is too early for a legitimate business call.

It is an automatic voice that claims to be from "your bank" saying it has suspicious activity - asking you to click a button to verify or speak to someone. I hung up. Claimed to be from BT and talked about updating the cloud. Suspicious as we don't have anything cloud based with BT.
Strange voicemail left, someone repeating a garbled word or two then laughing. Background sound like a call centre. I haven't any idea who it was or if they were even speaking English.

Fraud Got a phone call from this number. I answered the call and nobody answered for about 20 seconds. Then a very thick Indian accent said "Hello, this is Jenny from BT Openreach.....". I replied "No your not...your a scammer" and hung up. I know and live in this dialing code and there are no BT Openreach offices in this area. Given the accent and that it is BT Openreach (which I don't even use) I suspect this is an Indian based scam call centre.
