This comes up as a Liverpool number .of is a company dealing with PPI. Very polite young man who was straight to the point regarding what the call was for. After asking a few questions, the usual ones about whether I d had any loans, credit cards, catalogues etc, he said he would get the system updated so that they didn t call again. Just about the most polite call I ve ever had regarding PPI!!

Called me twice in quick succession, i caved-in and answered 2nd call as i thought it must have been important, it was possible it could've been someone i know, Manchester ...

First time I have seen this number but assume its not one I want to answer, as it has arrived within a bunch of other suspect callers this morning.

First they called tried to confirm that the were speaking to the person they were calling for. Annoyingly they would read back my address. Then they would ask if they could do a short survey. another time they have an Indian accent and sometimes they have an English accent. Sometimes Indian man. The English accent one wanted to know if there was central heating in the house. she went straight into the question despite me telling her she had the wrong name and number. Vanquis Bank are sneaky and use lots of different telephone numbers to trick you into answering. For your convenience, I have listed many of the telephone numbers that they use below. If you answer calls from these numbers you may be charged for Debt Management so buy a BT8500 and stop all of these calls easily. I received a call for this number that is saying that im involved in a fraud. they only inform me what fraud I was involved with if they I will tell them my full name and address. I refused to give my details and they said if I refuse they will send a police to arrest me.

I get at least one call every day, despite being with TPS. The calls are silent. I am also ex-directory. Please, anyone getting calls from this number, make a complaint to Ofcom. With enough complaints they will investigate and can levy a lovely big fine
