Persistant phone calls from this number every day for the past week. Answered it today thinking it could be someone important, turns out to be company who provide free boiler upgrade ? There is a high availability in your area. Man seemed arrogant abrasive, talking over me. Told him wasn’t interested, avoid at all costs, scam.

Got a message about an apprenticeship I recently applied for, they said they "need to carry out a short the phone call" in order to progress. They then said if i'm still interested I should respond to the text with my "FULL NAME". Wasn't sure if it was a scam or not as I did recently apply for an apprenticeship. These tried to ring my o2 phone today 04-05-2023 ive reported it to o2 as i know nobody from the liverpool area so they have no reason to be trying to call my mobile I answered it and they slammned the phone down on me but i won't be attempting to ring them back From today our prime minister has made all cold calls illegal so im hoping these types are stopped but not holding my breath because they think they are the law and can do as they want!

Phonecall from foreign-sounding gentleman, telling me he worked for virgin media (my provider) and warning me that there was some illegal activity going on in my system and I need to action things immediately to save my system - I told him where to go!!
SCAM 01967 401277 ranf 2 days in a row at around 10am. No one answers, but you can here something going on in the background, like in the call centres atht have multiple hones on dial at once. I hung up straight away and blocked the number. Possible HMRC scam.

Received a payment request email from Paypal for £650 with message stating "Fraudulent activity found, amount £649.99 GBP has been debited from your account for a purchase of DECATHLON GIFT CARDS, if it's not you reach us immediately @ +44-800-368-9784". As this email was directly from PayPal, i checked my account and the request for payment was actually true, however the message on the request is false and the number is fake. This number is NOT Paypal and is a scam.
