I have caller ID. The number 00349441210763 was shown which immediately changed to 01213140763, so I suspect the number was spoofed. The first number was probably spoofed also, as I have international calls barred. The caller had a thick foreign accent and I did not understand everything that was said. Asian Guy (David) calling from Windows Technical about my computer. Apparently something wrong with my computer so need to turn it on so they could sort it out.
