Kept calling me back asking why I hung up on them. Foreign sounding lady.
Pestering call
Recorded female voice claiming to be from HMRC stating that a writ had been filed against me and that I needed to call back on another number to avoid additional consequences. Sounded very authentic except that HMRC are unlikely to call anyone at 1030 on a Saturday morning! Would be very frightening for a vulnerable person. Clearly a scam
don't know who called but heard a recorded message inviting me to upgrade my handset and asking me to ring back. Did not do so and saved the number as 'junk call'...
I answered and they hung up. I tried calling them back to ask why they did this but saiys the number is not n use

Received call from the number and they were offering me Free Holiday for 7 days and one night free accommodation in Manchester. They told I was chosen randomly from their office.
