Typical scam call, fake area code and all that.

absolute nightmare. called about 10 times a week from different numbers, even though i block the new number everytime. Asked them to take the number off the list.

This number called, when I answered no one said anything, so decided to cut them off. I have had numerous scam type calls and I can now block their number.

I rang Victorian Plumbing.co.uk and they gave me this number to get fitting information for a shower valve I had bought. When I rang they number I was answered by a answer machi...

A "UK Consumers Survey" call, they have my name, and he just carried on (as if really hates his own job) try to verify my personal information which I ve then stopped him and he simply hanged up. This number (07379 253353) is printer on stickers that have been stuck on people?s front doors without consent. When you attempt to peel the sticker off, it damages the paintwork. The police suggest you never called the number on a sticker if you need a locksmith as often they are scammers. Unanswered unsolicited call but searching the number on Google suggests a Windows PC scam to gain access to computer.

Direct loan company. Not a scam, you've obviously made an application with them. An 0208 number is a standard landline number and not a premium rate number.
