Vanquis Bank are sneaky and use lots of different telephone numbers to trick you into answering. For your convenience, I have listed many of the telephone numbers that they use below. Call received stating a free travel cruise and flight voucher had been won, but stated they reired a ?30 booking fee was required. We I stated I would not pass my bank card details over the phone and they were welcome to send documents to me the man hung up....

Called at 1737hrs 21st July 2015. Pre-recorded message about PPI claiming. When called back - number is not recognised - a digit has been left out. Another for the Call Blocker.

auto dialled? no-one there.

Answered the phone and got a recorded message (male, English voice) "our records indicate that you were injured in an accident within the last three years, press 5 to speak to an operator". I pressed 5 and initially heard an office environment then was cut off. On ringing back, I heard the ringing tone but it almost instantly changed to an engaged tone. Don t know who this company is, but they need stopping.
