I missed 4 calls from this number so guessed would be a Nuisance Call. Purportedly is the NHS Health Centre. They ask have u been vaccinated, are u well etc etc and then they ask one final question Are You Covered For Lufe Insurance. I already had this pegged as a nuisance number but wanted to know Real Reason for call. The only way to get at these people is to go onto the Information Commisioner s website and report the number. If enough of us do this, they will investigate the number. There are very heavy fines for companies who do this. Report them every time you get a call - it is very easy to do.
Pakastani/Asian woman wanted to speak to my boss. I said he wasn t in - was there anything I could help with - who was she& where was she calling from? She put phone down. I called back & spoke to another Asian/Pakistani woman said I had just spoken to a very rude woman who put phone down when I asked questions. She then shouted Hey Hey Hey and then put phone down.

I paid to advertise with this company they never printed my advertisement and kept my money I spoke to the telesales agent Calum Mackintosh who cold called me and he assured me I would get a refund from the MD Mathew Walker if I called back later. I rang and spoke to Mathew Walker who sounds like an illiterate he refused my refund made up a tissue of lies and excuses and said he actually cant issue refunds and the BOSS will call me.......still waiting!!
