Sounded like Indian call centre but hard to hear as automated message over the top which was giving options to press 1-2-3 etc, asked caller to say again and she hung up. Probably a scam.

Just had a call from these idiots. I ve never had PPI in my life, but she s phoning to tell me that she s sending me a letter in the next few days explaining how I m owed ?2,500 in PPI refunds. I asked her if the letter would have their address on, so that I could return it without a stamp and waste their money. She said it would have a freepost return envelope in it. I said "Good. I ll fill it full of heavy crap and post it back to you". She said "OK. Bye" Does that mean I won t get my let
