Rang it back at midnight last night and got a meaningless 'Your call is really important to us' message. Told my blocker to block future calls - it intercepted another this morning.

Text message received 18 Aug purporting to be from HSBC regarding a new payee (Mrs R Rasif) - if the name was unknown to me, I was to visit a website called ‘hsbc-unknown-activity’. HSBC confirmed all was bogus.
Phone rang. Picked up. Recorded announcement. So hung up. My number is XD & signed up to TPS. I get very few unsolicited calls, so don t know how this one got through. Will be reporting them.
