Call from Bank of Scotland about my recent complaint. Can I provide them with my date of birth to confirm its me. Fraud alert obviously,
called me knew my name and area i lived in. said doing a heat survey. clever! so that avoids the question are they selling something. I asked if it was a cold call as i had not contacted them and they put the phone down immediately.
Had three uninvited calls from this unknown caller. I don't respond to such calls. If they are genuine they can leave me a voicemail (but they don't, of course!) and I can call back if I choose. Suspect it's a scam call so have blocked the number!
