Called our landline at 1.17 am! Really annoying waking us up and thought it might be an ill relative or similar. Probably a scammer.
I've worked in customer service multiple times, one thing I've been told which is common sense is not to spam our customers with calls, maximum I'd call is 2 times for a single customer then stop. Whoever's number this is has been calling everyday for the past few weeks which is 100% a scam. They claim to be e-on which is fake because their number isn't on e-ons website + they wouldn't be calling everyday. it's now lunchtime and so far today I've had 6 dropped calls when answering. Annoying when you take off safety gear to answer! Although previous comment says Hellmann, I called them and said I was expecting a parcel from DHL. They advised there are 3 other courier services on site including DHL, the chap from Hellmann gave me a number to try but wouldn't connect :/

By the time their call ended, and I got through to O2 (max 10 minutes), they’d already changed my email and postal addresses. O2 tell me the only time they will ask for the OTP is when a customer calls them. Looks like I stopped them in time, all details now changed, and security info changed, but be careful people. I’m a cautious type, but they fooled me
