This is a scam number, and probably all numbers 023821464**. Asian sounding voice said he was from "Amazon Fraud Department" and that my account had been compromised (I don't have an Amazon account). He quoted, correctly both my mobile number and my house phone number. Told me that the account would be frozen. SCAM Purporting to be from our internet provider, saying they have attempted to contact us several times without success. They ask you to press 1 to speak with a manager! Do not press 1, total scam & the line will stay engaged if you hang up until the automation has gone fully through its spiel.

this company just rang and rang and rang, even when i asked them why they were calling me 4-5 times each day the caller just laughed and hung up - i just blocked the number after a few days had enough of the rude callers.

Claimed to be from carphone warehouse, as soon as I went to speak they hung up. A quick google shows the number is linked to an unrelated government contract which is concerning. I suspect they were phoning only to see if I would answer.
