Company use this (plus a bank of similar numbers) to call to try and sell Smart meters - despite asking them to remove my details the caller states they will still keep trying from their other numbers !! All I can do is keep blocking their numbers
Received a call from this number today. The woman said she was calling from a children s charity - possibly tubs . I politely said we were not interested and she rather aggressively replied that I didn t know why she was calling. I told her not to get shirty with me and put the phone down. It may have been a legitiment call but we receive a lot of scam calls also and I didn t like the tone of her reply after I had been polite to her.

Got a call from 01224 515928 on my mobile (which is registered with the telephone preference service). There was a lot of background noise typical of a call centre. Caller asked for FirstName. I said have you heard of the telephone preference service. They either didn't hear what I said or ignored it and asked for FirstName again. I said who is calling. I told him not to worry, as Surrey police had tapped my broadband and were monitoring all of my incoming calls. Phone went dead!
