Lady from a loud call centre claiming to be from BT Openreach....I strung her along for a bit...she wanted me to open pages on my internet so she could fix the slow connection that I (hadn't) logged with my ISP. When I asked if I could call her back she hung up on me. I just hope this prevents someone from actually falling for these phonecalls.

Proceeded to say that I had two friends who had been recently and recommended me, one of whom I hadn't heard of but the other was a close friend. Listened to the promotion she had (she was very polite), I asked for an email address/website to look at as well as the lady's name (which she did not provide) so she told me I had to book over the phone.
