Some card payment company that just ring and then hang up so far i ve had 8 calls from this number, on the 1 occasion I have spoken to them I asked to be removed from their database and for them to stop calling me. So far this has not happened. I will never do business with a company with such low moral ethics.

This number is used along with other numbers with the area code 020 380 and in the range 70648 to 70653 from my experience. I believe the calls are made using VOIP via a service centre in the UK and appear to be calls coming from London, but actually come from Israel or Cyprus or Bulgaria. These calls are from OptionFM a binary Option trading scam operated by Banc de Binary based in Israel.
