ring at your peril .I live in SCOTLAND call purports to be from NHS CLAIMING I HAVE BEEN IN COVID CONTACT. CALL CAME FROM [ MITTON HOUSE HOTEL ] NEAR CLITHEROE ENGLAND !!! NEVER BEEN FURTHER THAN 20YDS. FROM MY FRONT DOOR INTHE PAST YEAR.

AMAZON ONLINE FRAUD SCAM

This is a scam number pretending to be Amazon UK. They pretended that i had mistakenly signed up for 'their' yearly subscription and stated i they were due to take 79.99 out of my account today if i did not cancel immediately. They stated that they could sort this out online and that I may be due a refund. I asked them to call back and contacted Amazon service desk who explained that they had never called me and that i was still subscribed on monthly terms. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY OF YOUR DETAILS.

Said 2 payments made using my cards? Not true. Trying to get you to connect to them. Don’t do it!

I don't know think its safe I got a virus in my phone for a while and aI thought my Fb might be hacked ! I just went into my settings no where my WhatsApp was ,my own number was there . But where my FB was this number was there .and I have put soft ware in . I thought I deleted FB and re installed and no we I installed the installed the latest soft ware Amazon is not recognizing me .I have to re log in everywhere . It's a right pain. SCAM Will claim to be trying to investigate crimes and supposedly recover money you supposedly lost to trading scams. Fact is they are the scammers. Quoted my full name in opening sentence.

Very dangerous. Auto message claiming to be bank fraud office and advising 3 suspect transactions. Asked to press 1 if ok, 3 if not. Did not even give name of the bank! Red flag that auto - they always talk to you in person - they would also want to check that it was actually the custoner talking to! Another red flag re instruction go press button.

They will call you on whatsapp as whatsapp is known for being annonymous and their profile picture on whatsapp is some random model to make you want to pickup somw type of phone bill scam/fraud/SOME sort of scam 100% definatley DO NOT pickup if you are called by this number

Call centre noise in background. Caller asked for "Mr or Mrs *my surname*" I asked who's calling, she said they're caling about the Health & Safety check for the loft insulation. Complete fiction. I told them they had the wrong number and to remove it from their system. Obvious data phishing scam.

I have just received the same call, saying they are working with Nominet. They told me all of the Nominet info about our domain, to make them seem legitimate, but obviously anyone can see this info. I refused to give any info at all, and at that point his tone changed and he said he will send an email confirming who they are. Still waiting for email!!!!!
