It is a legitimate call. when you ask for password or memorable word reset. they contact you to verify with a code to reset.

Cold call regarding “feedback on energy suppliers” and wanted my full name & address. They ended the call when I refused to give personal information.

Agent claimed to be from Nationwide Building Society. I think this was a fraud call but I wouldn t give them any info.

Mobile number saying they are from Hermes claiming to have a parcel for us, we have not ordered anything and are not waiting for anything to be delivered, this definitely a scam.

Option at the end of the call to press 9 to have your number removed; however, I did that last week and have received the same call twice since then. Got a call from this number but could not answer as I was on the road. When I called it back and asked why I was called they just hung up.

This company?s number shows up on caller ID but when you call back it says number not recognised. When I did answer to them they said they were checking that we were not getting any nuisance calls, I said we were not until they called and then they hung up.
