Before I did I redialled it with a automatic message saying UK Ties please hold till someone answers, now saying this number isn't recognised saying now Suspected Scam on my mobile. Very arrogant person claiming to speak to one of our Directors "in relation to HMRC". When asked which department revealed to be Shenco Associates (or something like that)...but tried to be persistent without revealing WHO she was actually speaking to. Not a company you'd probably want to do business with if they don't have common courtesy.

Yes, this definitely seems a genuine HSBC number but based in the Philippines. I received an SMS about a large payment I had made the day before and they were double-checking. HSBC do this type of checking all the time in Asia ( while I was living there), but less so in the UK.

Wouldn t give me details on how they got my number, wouldn t even remove my number unless I provided my name which I refused to do and I was bluntly told that it was my own fault if I got more calls.
