This number call me few times, put on voicemail to contact with investigation department of perfect benefit, thay will claim my card if i will not contact them??? who is that?

Woman with Indian accent asked for me by name, when I asked who was calling she hung up! Lots of background noise!!

I usually don t answer numbers I don t know (as I get a lot), but I felt like answering this time. A bloke with a northern accent asked for Mr Chin . I told him I don t know that name (as it s not my name and I know no one of that name.) The man on the phone then asked: "Are you hiding him?" I told him no and I don t know that person and then I hung up. I ve had my mobile number since I was a young teenager (10+ years). James rang me a couple of weeks ago saying we needed to renew our Google Business package with him - thought it was a bit dodgy as we paid a two yr subs with another company a year or so ago. Contacted the bona-fide company and they said its a scam and to prove it to ask him if he knows my Google Business password. Yet to speak to him, so will be doing so!

Hal s reply is spot on. If someone sends a text message to your landline and you don t pick up the phone it gets stored for you to retrieve later. This 0795 number is where you collect the message, plus the number of the mobile phone that sent the text. It s not dangerous. All depends on what the text message says, of course - that could be anything. In my case it was someone texting to say Sorry I Missed Your Call. See? Not dangerous.

Property investment with good returns that have NO returns and they disappear with your money. Ring Winston Group Ltd (legit Co.) who have been called by people sucked in to this fraud. Had a call form this number informing me that a need to confirm that a sum of money had been requested by Weston Union form my visa account. Checked with bank no sum requested, ...

Asked the caller for his name and name of the company he worked for. He just kept repeating my name, saying 1twas the same as his. I told him to remove my number from his list but he refused to do so saying it wasn t possible. I ve now blocked it.

Caller said she was from BT Openreach, calling concerning my internet connection. I said "no thankyou" and put the phone down.

usual spam caller, puts phone down when answered. When called back the automated taking person sounds dodgy so avoid it.

This number is apparently a "proxy": I called it back and the caller was NOT in Worthing...? Scotland, apparently..!? Anyway, DONT answer, or indeed EVER call back.... ;-)
