Amazon £95 Prime scam.

Apparently someone’s trying to connect to my devices via my BT internet according to an Asian lady!!!!!! Told her I haven’t got BT.

Received a text message from this number allegedly about a delivery by EVRI - as I am expecting a delivery (from DHL) I precipitately clicked on the link which read; EVRI(UK10094786). Out of curiosity I navigated to the EVRI website and entered a combination of the above and the full set. EVRI did not recognize it any of it. Amazon scam from Asian call centre. Supposed fraudulent transaction on my Amazon account. Asked me to give six number code sent to me in SMS from Amazon - This was my two step verification code to change my password. All they need to get this sent to you is your Amazon account linked phone number. I did of course refuse.

Suspicious call about domestic appliance warranty. The same "company" has called from numbers in Liverpool, Leeds, London and Cornwall before. Requesting personal info for payment

Claimed to be from M&S with good news. Wanted to check my name and age. Hung up when I refused to cooperate. Suspect identity theft/scam.

Pre recorded Scam call relating to unexpected withdrawals from a bank account. No name or bank mentioned. Asked for me to press 1 to confirm. That's a giveaway (red flag) as is the lack of personal details. I put the phone down immediately.

Fraud Same as others say, meter installer, saying my meter is faulty and they can get me money back, wanted photos of my bills and my current meter...probably to use the info to scam me. Avoid!

This is providing HMRC scams within the United Kingdom, saying that a person has been registered for tax fraud and will be sued or things of that nature. If you receive this call, DO NOT speak to them, hang up the phone!

SCAM. Usual crap of an obvious overseas caller claiming to be from my bank. I happily wasted her time for nearly 20 minutes and then asked her "oh, what's the name of my bank?"; unsurprisingly she couldn't answer so I left her with some insults. I needed a coffee break anyway ????.
