Nuisance caller, automated when answered, advising to call another number to be taken off call list. Calling repeatedly over last few days. Surely this is harrassement?

This number called me asking about my Microsoft license told them l had no computer,they then asked if any one else had a computer or laptop and l said no they then said Hoooo a...

I skyped back a couple of times to try to hear the company name with which they introduce themselves. They change it each time but it includes the phrase "computer security" after a garbled name. They no longer answer - just call centre sounds in the background. I don t think they like to receive repetetive silent calls. Isn t that sad?
