I only answered as I was waiting for a delivery. Accent very similar to London Asian. He had my name & address. Dunno what he was trying to sell or scam, but I politely told him no & not to ring back again. He rang back immediately, I rejected it. He then rang again, & he had a go at me telling me I had to listen & after that If I didnt want to be contacted again he wouldnt, then he claimed I couldnt speak English. PPI Claims. Said they had notification that I had been mis-sold PPI. Even though I said I had not, she was persistent. Checked some basic info and then went to speak to a colleague. Said she would go through process with me if I was eligible. Was held on hold for ages, I eventually held up.

Apparently calls from this number hang up before you can even answer the phone. No voice message left. Those who ring back that number to see who it was will find they are ringing a number charging very high rates and is nothing but a scam.
PPI as you d expect. I blocked the number on my mobile phone.
