They are based on wharf industrial estate in bury, Manchester and Blackburn. The staff who call have no idea, nor choice of who they ring as the system selects a number at random from their data, and only when the line opens do they see your name and address etc. They are legitimate in terms of what they are offering (a free hearing frequency test at your local football club/hotel) however, if you will receive any money should a claim be successful is questionable. calls every other day - marketing - lies about previous contact and will not give their company name out and are incredibly rude. Keep calling even though we are reg. with TPS. They ignore requests to remove number from their list and continue to call.
