Suspicious call claiming to be from Virgin Media regarding my internet. Line quality was terrible & the agents accent was really thick, so very hard to understand her. Wanted me to download something, hung up. Confirmed with Virgin Media that no issues with my internet & this was a scam.

I believe this to be a telephone/banking scam. Wanted to talk to me about my Dyson cleaner (which I haven t owned in about 12 years). Told him I was on TPS. He gave me the old "oh, sorry, you must have slipped through our check" routine. When I questioned this, and told him I had been on TPS for over 15 years, he fed me the lie about having to "refresh" TPS to make sure it works. Scam artists and liers.
