I recently got a phone call from this number soon after contacting sky about my broadband. He asked me to run a check on my speed and tell him the speeds for uplload and download; he then continued to tell me what i should have and that i should go onto my pc and connect to the their technical dept server so they could upgrade to what i should be having. Luckily im a bit tech savvy and new my speeds were correct and questioned him on my account which he couldn't give any details on. I'd say this is a scam!!

At the time they said they tried to deliver two of us were at home and would certainly have noticed an attempted delivery. The web site they give is www.findmyhermes.com/myhermes.

I ve had this number call me several times over the past few weeks. Normally I hang up just as the message begins. This time I waited until the end of the message, when the it suggests that you can Press 9 to request they don t call again. I pressed 9 and the line went dead. It ll be interesting to see if they stop calling me. If they don t stop, I ll write to OFCOM, and copy a letter to the police and to my local MP, who just happens to be David Cameron. In the case of this number they left no message, no idea who is behind it? People please did someone answer it? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back, trying to dig some info about this number on internet first...
