Read out to me my name and address and when I confirmed these was going to pass me to her "supervisor" to complete a form. Asked her to tell me what brand of washing machine I've actually got. I said I had asked for a refund of the £175 I had paid for my washing machine to cover the next 3 years following the expiry of the manufacturer s guarantee but had not received any response. Having seen comments on the internet saying it was a scam, I said if the company is genuine then please can you arrange a refund. As above: pretend to be Talk Talk, slow internet etc., then get abusive when told they're scammers.
These people ring and when you answer there is no one there when you ring you get an american womens voice saying this number is not in service these people should be phoned in their homes in the middle of the night to annoy them as much as they annoy everyone else.
