SCAM - pretending to be from Virgin, calling to improve my internet. They don't ask for anyone by name, just the account holder. When I asked them to confirm my name they hung up.
Recorded message - female voice - "if you claim tax credits you could be able to get an allowance for a new boiler" or something like that. I disconnected at that point.
