Complaints are something we take extremely seriously here at Advisalink, so we would like to address some of the comments below. We feel these have been made by a disgruntled ex-employee / competitor and give a completely false representation of the service we offer at Advisalink - we have not heard of any of these via phone, email nor from any regulatory organisations. Louis would never be the person to handle a complaint so that claim is not true. Never would any of our employees use language as

Had a call claiming to be HMRC saying I've committed tax fraud and that action was being taken against me. I was told to press 1 to find out more so I hung up as I have read somewhere that as soon as you press a number, your phone can be hacked or something bad like that. I know for a fact that I haven't committed tax fraud and I don't think HMRC would phone. They usually send letters in the first instance. Therefore I'm flagging this up as dangerous.
Silent call. Call screened to answer machine. No message left, surprise surprise. Probably some low-life telesales scam artists.
